As our business continues to grow, we are seeking to expand our team with two key roles that support the delivery of highly considered, custom homes.
Each role plays an important part in shaping the Lowe Design & Build client experience, working within a collaborative team across design, marketing, sales and construction.
We are looking for individuals who value quality, detail and a considered approach to residential design and building.
Sales Consultant
This role leads the front end of our client journey, working closely with clients from initial enquiry through to signed design agreement.
You will guide clients through custom home projects, providing clear direction across design, budget and process, while ensuring a considered and professional experience throughout.
Working directly with the Director and alongside our Marketing and Design teams, this is a key position within a close-knit and collaborative business.
You will also guide clients toward the most appropriate project pathway, whether a custom home, duplex development or architect-led outcome, ensuring each project is aligned in both design intent and commercial feasibility.
Design Coordinator
The Design Coordinator plays a central role in the Pre Construction phase of our projects, supporting the progression of each home from early design through to contract and site commencement.
Working closely with our Design, Sales and Estimating teams, this role is responsible for coordinating information, managing timelines and guiding client communication to ensure each project is clearly resolved and well prepared for delivery.
It is a position that sits at the intersection of design, client experience and commercial alignment, requiring both attention to detail and a broader understanding of how each project comes together.
This role is suited to someone who values structure, clarity and collaboration, and who is looking to take the next step within a design-led residential building environment.
