Troy Nelson Inaugural Golf Day

Troy Nelson Inaugural Golf Day

Last week, the Lowe Design & Build team came together for an inaugural golf day, held in memory of our late colleague, Troy Nelson.

Set at Rossdale Golf Club, the day offered a moment to step away from the pace of work and spend time together outdoors, reflecting and remembering someone who left a lasting mark on our business and the people within it. It was a day that felt both fitting and deeply meaningful, shaped by the kind of setting Troy himself would have appreciated.

The team at Lowe Design & Build

Troy was far more than a colleague. He was our friend, a mentor and an integral part of our extended team. Through his work in real estate, Troy played a pivotal role in helping clients and buyers navigate some of life’s most significant decisions. He brought decades of experience, but more importantly, a genuine commitment to ensuring outcomes felt right for everyone involved.

Within our business, we saw firsthand the depth of his knowledge and the generosity with which he shared it. Whether guiding a complex deal, offering perspective during uncertain market conditions, or mentoring younger team members, Troy brought a sense of calm and confidence that only comes with experience.

Troy had a story for every occasion. No interaction was rushed, and no conversation was without meaning. He had a way of connecting with people that made them feel heard, understood and included.

At Lowe Design & Build, we often speak about the importance of community, not as an idea, but as something lived through the relationships we build and the way we support one another. This day was a true reflection of that commitment.

Troy truly loved being part of this business. He took pride in what we were building, celebrated our successes and cared deeply about the people behind it.
