Crafted as a forever home for an energetic family of five, this residence was designed to evolve with its occupants through every stage of life. A contemporary Art Deco–inspired home that balanced refined architectural expression with the practicalities of daily family living. A future lift provision ensured long-term accessibility, while generous living zones, both inside and out, supported the family’s active lifestyle and love of entertaining. Beautiful landscaping around the home was provided by Davidson Design Studio.

Our design embraced sweeping curves and bold geometric references, creating a striking street presence that continued throughout the interiors. Clerestory windows drew natural light deep into the kitchen, dining, and living spaces, where a statement staircase and dramatic entry void would anchor the home’s contemporary Art Deco character. The ground floor master suite offered a private retreat complete with its own courtyard, dual walk-in robes, and a luxurious ensuite featuring a sculptural bath and double shower.

To meet the family’s desire for leisure and connection, a full basement level houses a gym, bespoke bar, theatre, powder room, and a unique underwater view into the pool. The upper floor is dedicated to the children, with generous bedrooms, walk-in robes, and a spacious family bathroom. Across four bedrooms, multiple living areas, a spa, multipurpose room, and an entertainer’s kitchen supported by a butler’s pantry, the home balances elegance with everyday functionality, culminating in a light-filled, sophisticated interpretation of contemporary Art Deco living.
