Inspired by another custom home we previously delivered in the same court, the owners sought a contemporary aesthetic with real street presence, paired with a warm, functional interior suited to daily family life.

A large butler’s pantry supports the entertainer’s kitchen, which flows seamlessly to an alfresco complete with built-in BBQ kitchen overlooking the pool and spa.
