Developed for a landowner wishing to downsize while remaining in their cherished neighbourhood, this dual-townhouse project in Brighton East reflects a seamless blend of avant-garde design, low-maintenance living, and tailored personalisation. By partnering with Lowe to sell one townhouse Pre Construction, the client was able to focus on crafting their own residence with thoughtful inclusions suited to long-term comfort.

Set on a prominent corner block with close proximity to bayside landmarks and convenient access to Melbourne’s CBD, the design adopts clean lines, a modern palette, and refined detailing that responds sensitively to the leafy streetscape.
