The client’s brief centred on durability, quality craftsmanship, and an interior aesthetic that felt neutral, warm, and inviting, allowing tenants to personalise the space while still enjoying high-end finishes. Italian porcelain floor tiles, porcelain benchtops, and natural Spotted Gum timber feature extensively throughout the homes, ensuring both resilience and refined visual appeal. Despite the site’s location on a busy street adjacent to a school, the design carefully balances privacy, acoustics, and amenity to create calm, beautifully resolved living environments.

Each residence delivers a generous 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom layout with powder room, study, dedicated wine room, basement storage, and a series of highly functional living zones suited to modern lifestyles. A bluestone-clad entry establishes a strong sense of arrival, enhanced by a dramatic double-height void and feature staircase wrapped in Spotted Gum timber that also encases the lift.
