Born out of a joint venture, this three-townhouse project transforms a prime beachfront site in Chelsea into a contemporary coastal enclave that celebrates uninterrupted Port Phillip Bay views.
The design carefully responds to the challenges of a true beachfront environment, maximising outlooks while mitigating coastal conditions, through a reverse-living layout that elevates the main kitchen, dining, and living spaces to the first floor. From here, sweeping views become a defining feature of daily life, enhanced by internal balconies and expansive glazing that draw the horizon directly into each home.
Architecturally, the townhouses adopt a considered modern form that blends effortlessly with the surrounding sand dunes. Clean lines, natural materials, and a muted coastal palette help the buildings sit comfortably within the landscape, while internally, warmth and comfort take centre stage. Lift access in every residence ensures long-term convenience, supporting layouts that include open-plan living zones, three bedrooms, luxury ensuites, and family-sized bathrooms.
