Developed as a lifestyle-driven dual-dwelling, this project allowed the landowners to replace their original home with two sophisticated, contemporary residences, one to sell upon completion and the other to retain as their new family home. With the rare advantage of dual street frontages, the large Glen Iris block offered a unique opportunity to subdivide cleanly and create two distinct addresses, each with its own identity and architectural presence.
Over a two-year journey, the owners partnered closely with Lowe Design & Build to deliver two residences built sequentially, ensuring quality, continuity, and a seamless process. They were guided by Lowe throughout their journey, receiving attentive guidance, clear communication, and exceptional workmanship, ultimately exceeding both their lifestyle expectations and sales goals.
Each residence embraces a modern design language, elevated materiality, and layouts tailored to contemporary family living. The first residence showcases elegant interiors with fireside open-plan living, a premium kitchen with induction cooking, integrated appliances, stone finishes, and a dramatic pop-up roof that draws in light.
