Developed for a landowner, with one townhouse to retain and one to sell, this dual-residence development showcases how thoughtful design and expert project guidance can transform a challenging site into two exceptional homes.
With steep falls from front to back and side to side, the block demanded a highly considered architectural approach that maximised both functionality and the Bay views on offer. A modern, contemporary design language underpins the project, delivering refined, light-filled homes tailored to the individual needs of both the owner and the purchaser.
The client who purchased Pre Construction undertook a concurrent build with Lowe, and their experience reflected the same considered level of care. Throughout the pandemic, Lowe’s team provided consistent expertise across both builds, ensuring selections, structural decisions, and craftsmanship were seamlessly coordinated. The process was defined by warmth, professionalism, and genuine partnership, resulting in two residences that surpassed expectations and a development journey described as stress-free and exceptionally supported.
Each townhouse responds uniquely to the site’s topography while maintaining a cohesive architectural presence. Townhouse One features an inviting outdoor alfresco, swimming pool, and garden area, with the ground-floor study and upper-level living spaces designed to frame the Bay. Both first-floor bedrooms include ensuites, one extending to a private balcony overlooking the water.
Townhouse Two incorporates a lift and reverse-living layout, with two bedrooms and a living area located on the lower level, and an upper floor dedicated to an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living zone that flows to a balcony with bay views. The master suite occupies this level, complete with walk-in robe and ensuite.
Across both dwellings, generous glazing, practical zoning, and curated finishes ensure each home enhances everyday living while accommodating future needs.

We had the unique Lowe experience of being the landowner and subdividing our property and also purchasing a subdivision. These two projects were undertaken simultaneously during the pandemic. Sensibly Lowe assigned us many of the same team to work on both projects. Somehow the very capable team were able to guide us through the very complicated building process on two projects at once and successfully alleviate the stress factor for us.
We particularly liked the process of meeting with the Lowe team of experts at different stages of the build. An expert would guide us through various stages: electricals, landscaping, interior colours, kitchen surfaces and colours, carpets and tiling, and the list goes on. Our Project Manager for both builds was always available, friendly, helpful, accommodating and professional.
There were some post build items which required attention and Lowe have a process in place to successfully deal with these. In particular we had an unfortunate post build experience which was deemed to be a supplier issue. Lowe successfully negotiated a fix at no cost to us which was greatly appreciated.
We have no hesitation in recommending the Lowe Design & Build team to you. Would we do it again? Yes we would … because the Lowe formula is that good.
