Brought to life through Lowe’s unique pre-construction sales model, this dual-townhouse project allowed both purchasers to customise their homes to suit their individual lifestyles, delivering two distinct residences shaped by personal taste, thoughtful planning, and contemporary coastal design.

The landowner’s goal was to create a high-quality development where both homes could be sold Pre Construction, providing future residents the rare opportunity to collaborate closely with the Lowe design team.

Set on a 513sqm block within a leafy streetscape, the townhouses present a captivating architectural composition defined by clean lines and sweeping curves. While cohesive in form, each residence expresses its own identity; one embracing bold, industrial-inspired materials, the other adopting a calming, muted palette. Reverse-living layouts elevate the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living spaces to capture light and outlook, with first-floor master suites featuring walk-in robes, ensuites, and internal balconies that extend the sense of openness. Ground floors include two additional bedrooms, a family bathroom, and a retreat that spills into the courtyard. One of the homes even features a lift for enhanced accessibility.
