Design for good.

Developed as a joint venture between the landowner and Lowe Design & Build, this project represents a meaningful milestone for the company; its largest philanthropic endeavour to date. The second townhouse was sold pre-construction, with all proceeds donated to Family Life, reinforcing Lowe’s longstanding commitment to community impact.

The retained residence reflects the same signature quality and design excellence that have defined Lowe’s award-winning homes. A private, spacious, and impeccably detailed townhouse crafted for luxurious, low-maintenance living in a highly connected Bayside location.

Clean architectural lines, striking material selections, and a strong street presence set the tone for a home designed to feel both refined and effortless. A ground-floor master suite opens to a private courtyard, while the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area is enhanced by a dramatic pop-up roof with 12-foot ceilings that floods the space with natural light. Wide oak flooring, a walk-in pantry, concealed laundry, and an internal-access double garage support everyday convenience, while upstairs, two additional bedrooms, a family bathroom with freestanding bath, a spacious retreat, and a concealed study provide flexibility for families or downsizers alike.

Premium finishes, a statement kitchen, and thoughtful planning elevate the home’s liveability, delivering a modern townhouse that balances luxury with ease. Recognised as a 2023 HIA Finalist for Townhouse/Villa over $1 million, the project exemplifies how purposeful design and community-minded development can come together in a beautifully executed coastal residence.
