HIA AWARD WINNERS 2023
The HIA Awards identify, highlight and reward excellence throughout the housing industry; representing the finest tradespeople and their businesses throughout Australia. At this year’s 2023 awards held at Crown Palladium, Lowe Design & Build featured prominently taking out two awards in addition to competing as finalists in four other categories.
CUSTOM BUILT HOME AWARD
Our Black Rock, Art Deco home received the 2023 HIA Award for best Custom Home in the $2-$3million category. In close collaboration with our clients, Lowe Design and Build sought to deliver the perfect mix of timeless classic style combined with relaxed contemporary coastal living.
With a long list of high-end inclusions, the 56sq home includes a multipurpose basement space with an office, theatre room, and a wine cellar. Crafted with exquisite attention to detail and highly praised by judges, this unique project is a worthy award winner. View the project here
NEW KITCHEN AWARD
Our recently completed Black Rock project received the 2023 HIA Award for best New Kitchen in the Over $80,000 category. Custom designed and crafted this kitchen is finished to exacting standards. Functional and family friendly this stunning space was highly praised for its simplicity, its use of materials and high attention to detail. Competing in the highest kitchen category this townhouse kitchen proved a true standout and is a worthy award winner. View the project here
